However, there were some areas that could be improved upon. the manager, Dennis, was accommodating, but there were issues with employee professionalism that need addressing. the room service and cleanliness were satisfactory, offering a comfortable stay. the hotel's location is tranquil and ideal for relaxation. While the hotel offers great value, it could enhance its services further to truly embody luxury. For those looking for a peaceful retreat in Zanzibar at a reasonable cost, Vera Beach Hotel is a worthy choice.
