The staff were attentive and smiling, ensuring our needs were met. the food was good and the beach was excellent, providing a serene setting. However, there were some areas that could be improved upon. the manager, Dennis, was accommodating, but there were issues with employee professionalism that need addressing. the room service and cleanliness were satisfactory, offering a comfortable stay. the hotel's location is tranquil and ideal for relaxation. While the hotel offers great value, it could enhance its services further to truly embody luxury.
